Requirements
  • Caregiver Certificate: While a caregiver certificate is a bonus, we offer paid training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role.
  • Minimum 1 Year Continuous Adult Caregiving or C.N.A. Experience: We require a minimum of 1 year of continuous adult caregiving or C.N.A. experience, or a willingness to learn and complete our training program.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Our caregivers must be able to handle stressful and emergency situations with confidence and poise.
  • Ability to Use Own Vehicle During Work Hours: You will need to use your own vehicle during work hours, and have valid insurance and a driver's license.
  • Pass a Background Check, Drug Screening, and Work Verification: We require a background check, drug screening, and work verification to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
Your Day-to-Day
  • Engage with Clients: You will engage with clients to support their daily lives in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Provide Exceptional In-Home and Companion Experiences: Our caregivers provide exceptional in-home and companion experiences, assisting with services detailed in the customized personal care service plan created for every client.
  • Assist with Personal Care and Hygiene: You will assist clients with personal care and hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Help with Physical Therapy Exercises: Our caregivers help clients with physical therapy exercises, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Plan and Prepare Meals: You will plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients, when they are able.
  • Do Shopping or Accompany Clients: Our caregivers do shopping or accompany clients when they shop, ensuring their independence and convenience.
  • Perform Light Housekeeping Duties: You will perform light housekeeping duties that clients cannot complete on their own, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Be a Pleasant and Supportive Companion: Our caregivers are pleasant and supportive companions, providing emotional support and comfort to our clients.
  • Report Any Unusual Incidents: You will report any unusual incidents to our team, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
  • Act Quickly and Responsibly in Cases of Emergency: Our caregivers act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency, providing critical support and care.
