Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for the second shift. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various locations within a healthcare campus. Responsibilities may vary based on client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
  • Maintain cleanliness in rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
  • Perform sweeping and vacuuming of floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies as needed.
  • Assist in transporting small equipment or tools between departments.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Experience in janitorial services or medical cleaning is advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements:
The role demands regular standing, walking, and the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Close vision, distance vision, and depth perception are necessary, with or without corrective lenses. Exposure to chemicals may require special clothing or safety equipment.

Work Environment:
Employees may encounter fumes or airborne particles and occasionally work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level is typically quiet.
