The Position

We are seeking a Deck Ambassador to join our Customer Experience team. As a Deck Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and families, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome new families and students, and provide a warm and welcoming environment
  • Manage the pool deck area, including setting up and cleaning up after each shift
  • Register students for classes and manage their progress
  • Assist parents with questions and concerns
  • Promote referrals and encourage new enrollments
  • Support the aquatics team in ensuring the safety of our swimmers
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic and warm personality, with excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of the importance of safety procedures and policies
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine desire to help us decrease drowning for children and adults
