Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Driver to join our team at Accupac. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Operate sit-down or stand-up power forklifts and industrial equipment to move and store materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Verify and count materials, and accurately report material locations through the effective use of the Bar Code Inventory System.
  • Receiving and Shipping: Load and unload trucks/trailers, and verify and sign delivery carrier's Bills of Lading.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain constant good housekeeping and cleanliness in accordance with all cGMP and FDA regulations.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively in a team environment, following instructions and adhering to all Department and Company SOP's.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment and operating sit-down and stand-up power forklifts preferred.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read and interpret instructional signs and warning placards, and experience in trailer loading/unloading and truck dock operations.
  • Physical Demands: Able to sustain a minimum of one (1) hour of strenuous activity, lift 50 lbs. from the floor to waist level, and work different scheduled hours/shifts/days and overtime to meet the manufacturing schedule.
