We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Delta Companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.
Location and SettingThis position is based in Brooksville, FL, at the Oak Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center. The setting is a 109-bed facility with a mix of SNF and Assisted Living environments.
Job Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF and Assisted Living setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience in SNF or Clinical rotation/externship in the SNF
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate of $70-$75 based on experience
