Job Description Overview

We are seeking an experienced IVI Validation Engineer II to join our team at Hyundai Autoever America. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating the implementation of software requirements and change lists for regular and irregular Navigation SW releases.

Responsibilities

  • SW Quality Control: Ensure that software meets quality standards by conducting thorough testing and validation.
  • Issue Management: Manage and track issues reported during testing and validation, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve these issues.
  • Report Publishing: Generate reports on testing and validation results, and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • SW Monitoring: Continuously monitor software for potential issues, and take corrective action to prevent problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, Geographic Information Science and Information Technology majors preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as Software Validation Engineer.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Understanding of Software architecture and Software development process, experience developing a software test strategy, able to test in International Standards (ISO, IEC, IEEE 29119), knowledge of Black and White box testing processes.
