About the Role:
Saz's Catering Lake Country, a division of Saz's Hospitality Group, is seeking a part-time dishwasher to join our team at Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. As a part-time dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish room and events spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all dishes, work areas, equipment, and dish machine are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed.
- Collaborate with the Catering team to maintain a clean and efficient dish room.
Requirements:
- Ability to squat, kneel, climb ladders or step stools as needed.
- Capacity to grip objects and tools, including wet or slippery items, and utilize fine motor skills.
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 12 hours at a time.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs to chest level and up to 30 lbs overhead.
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English; ability to read/write/communicate in Spanish beneficial but not required.
- Operate mechanical dish machine, standard sinks, faucets, and hose nozzles.
