We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Rad Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System.
About the RoleThis is a critical position in our Cath Lab, where you will be responsible for preparing equipment and providing patient care during cardiovascular procedures.
As a Cardiovascular Rad Technologist, you will maintain a sterile environment, assess patient conditions, and collaborate effectively with a team of cardiologists.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition
- Prepare, position, and provide patient care
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS
- Previous procedural area experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care
- Basic Life Support Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
