Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in a reputable healthcare institution.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, embolization, and tumor ablation.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and immobilizing them.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any complications.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in interventional radiology, with a focus on neurointerventional procedures.
  • Current ARRT RT (R) registry and Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI) registry certifications.
  • CPR certification and ACLS preferred.
  • ODH licensure required prior to start.
