We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory. This is a full-time opportunity that will provide you with the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with members and helping the studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, answering phones and addressing member inquiries
  • Conduct studio tours, highlighting the benefits and features of our fitness classes
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to potential clients
  • Foster relationships with existing members, following up on their progress and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall member experience

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience
