IT Director

MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering innovative solutions that address complex current and future needs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and IS, with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience and 3 years of project leadership experience.

The IT Manager will be responsible for providing delivery of comprehensive and innovative solutions, working with business partners to develop and execute roadmap strategies, and driving documentation such as project plans and user stories. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of cross-functional processes and enterprise architecture, and will be able to communicate complex information in a logical sequence.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant academic discipline, and a strong understanding of fundamental technologies used to support assigned business functions.

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing a team, developing and implementing IT strategies, and ensuring the reliable performance of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will be able to drive for root cause when problem-solving, apply strategic thinking to create simplification and agility, and accurately scope out the length and difficulty of work packages.
