Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at The Estee Lauder Companies. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to provide a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus.
Requirements
  • Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
