About Us: Creekside Pet Care Center is a 24/7 busy 10 doctor, AAHA accredited veterinary clinic with onsite grooming, daycare and boarding services. Our team is committed to providing compassionate care and exceeding client expectations through cutting-edge knowledge, equipment and techniques.

Job Responsibilities: As a Client Services Representative, your key responsibilities will include managing the front desk, overseeing clinic flow, and assisting clients in various administrative tasks. You will also be required to maintain knowledge of extension numbers and assist in emergency situations. Additionally, you will perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in client services, and at least one year working within a veterinary field. You must be computer literate, able to navigate new software, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be able to multi-task and work well within a team environment.
