Customer Service Role: Hospitality Liaison

Vitality Living is seeking a Part-Time Hospitality Liaison to join our team at Appletree Court Assisted Living. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to residents and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information to residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
