About the Role

We are seeking skilled Pediatric LPN/RN Home Healthcare Nurses to provide high-quality, one-to-one care in the home setting. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients and their families while working autonomously and establishing deep bonds.

A Day in the Life of a Care Options for Kids Nurse

Your typical day will involve providing personalized nursing care, preparing and delivering medications, and performing routine tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care for your clients. You will have the flexibility to create meaningful experiences for your clients, whether it's heading outdoors, engaging in activities, or simply providing comfort and care.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)
  • Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
  • Taking direction from the clinical team
  • Following the plan of care and all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)
  • Valid LPN/RN License
  • Physical from within three years
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid BLS CPR card
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
