Key Duties:
  • Conduct thorough geotechnical evaluations and analyses for diverse projects.
  • Design and supervise the execution of retaining structures, coffer dams, seawalls, and pile foundations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout all phases of project development.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and technical documentation.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Perform design tasks in the office and fieldwork as necessary.
  • Exhibit adaptability and enthusiasm for working on a variety of projects.
  • Collaborate with the client team to identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging your unique expertise.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) candidates will be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in geotechnical engineering, especially in quality assurance and construction of retaining structures, coffer dams, seawalls, and pile foundations.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional skills in proposal writing and technical report preparation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Genuine interest in engaging with diverse projects.
