Job Description

The Service Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls. This person will field customer calls, analyze issues, and determine the best course of action.


Responsibilities
  • Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls using our dispatch board.
  • Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
  • Analyze completed work orders for accuracy and ensure they are correct, complete, and on time.
  • Prepare and process work orders and invoices as required.
  • Track and quote deficiencies.
  • Update and maintain all customer information in our databases.
  • Dispatch appropriate technicians based on skill set required for each site or project.
  • Issue tools from our service cage.
  • Generate/maintain schedules on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
