Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Professional to join our Dining Services team at Bennington College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including hot and cold foods, to meet the dietary needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that all food is properly prepared and served at the correct temperature.
  • Monitor food usage and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Assist with meal planning, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with colleagues to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
