Job Summary

The Systems Implementation Specialist is a vital member of our team, responsible for the configuration, implementation, and delivery of training offerings to GGS customers and employees on our proprietary products. This role requires a strong understanding of the back-end and front-end capabilities and configurations for all Bravo software and hardware modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain intimate knowledge of the Bravo software and hardware modules
  • Perform system setup, configuration, UAT testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for each session
  • Deliver Training Programs/Modules based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule
  • Maintain responsibility for a measurement/evaluation process to ensure that training programs deliver positive business results and return on investment
  • Contribute to team planning for product implementation, training, and development schedules
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to three years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Above average PC functionality and proficiency desired
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g., Windows, Office)
  • Experience with hands-on instruction / adult learning methods
  • Experience conducting 'Train-the-Trainer' sessions
  • Ability to learn software programs quickly and independently
  • Confident presentation skills, and comfort speaking in front of clients, customers, and external stakeholders
