About Us:

The Henry is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, known for its innovative dining experiences since 1998. We pride ourselves on being the ultimate neighborhood restaurant, offering a menu filled with a delightful array of dishes in a charming setting. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent bartending experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stand for extended periods
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by exceeding guest expectations
  • Familiarity with the menu and ability to provide authentic recommendations
  • Solid understanding of beer, wine, and spirits, along with basic cocktail preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle spontaneous requests with grace and professionalism
  • Knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms
  • Adhere to all beverage laws and company policies
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Flexibility to assist in various roles to ensure smooth operations
