About the Role

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CN A, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medical care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic first aid
  • Support patients with mobility issues, such as ambulation, transfer, and positioning
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary and nutritional needs
  • Document patient care and progress in a thorough and accurate manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current, unrestricted certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in home health care or a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
