Acorn Health is a leading provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing client treatment from assessment through care delivery. This will involve conducting initial and follow-up functional, behavioral, and developmental assessments, developing and implementing client treatment plans, and providing supervision to Behavior Technicians. You will also work closely with clients and their families to provide family training and support, and collaborate with colleagues to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery
  • Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral, and developmental assessments
  • Develop, oversee, and implement client treatment plans
  • Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians
  • Work closely with clients and their families to provide family training and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in ABA or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check
