Responsibilities- Lead shifts and supervise other team members
- Serve ice cream and other menu items to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Operate the register and handle cash management responsibilities
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead others
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work weekends and late nights (past 11 p.m.)
