We're looking for a talented Brewista to join our team at 7Brew. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and crafting high-quality drinks that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their drink preferences and accurately process orders
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including specialty beverages and customizations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, including safety protocols and quality control measures
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and move quickly and safely in a dynamic environment
