About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team at Grocery Outlet. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products from our vendors to our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation of vehicles.
  • Operate service trucks to and from pre-designated work sites based on daily routing information.
  • Maintain telephone or radio contact with dispatch to receive instructions and updates.
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of OTR or 1 year of local driving experience.
  • Clean driving record and valid Class A-CDL Driver's License.
  • Understanding of Department of Transportation regulations and knowledge of basic math.
  • Ability to write routine documents and speak clearly.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility when working with others.
