The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate with project management team to ensure smooth execution of permitting process.
  • Manage project milestones and serve as primary client contact.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of comparable experience within the Mid-Atlantic region required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills essential.
