Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to fill the role of Distillery Tasting Room Kitchen Prep/Bar Porter at Las Vegas Distillery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, assisting with food and drink preparation, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized tasting room environment, including tables, bar area, and restrooms
  • Assist bartenders with preparing and serving drinks, including pouring and measuring ingredients, garnishing, and maintaining bar supplies
  • Assist with food service by preparing and plating appetizers and snacks, and delivering them to customers
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing information about the distillery and its products
  • Set up and break down of tasting room events and private parties
  • Monitor inventory of glassware, bar supplies, and food items, and communicate any shortages to management
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for this position
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for extended periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
