Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that all necessary paperwork, including prescreen forms and attachments, is completed and submitted with the candidate's application.
- Verify that the candidate's resume and license verification are attached to the application.
- Conduct a thorough review of the candidate's qualifications and experience to ensure they meet the requirements for the position.
- Coordinate with the hiring manager to schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate applications and hiring processes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience working with new graduates.
- PRN experience.
- SNF experience.
- Covid-19 test results 72 hours prior to start date.
- Proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.
- Completion of a background check and fingerprinting.
