Key Responsibilities
Core Functions and Essential Duties:

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Registered Nurse license with multi-state compact eligibility.
- Certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment skills.
