Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Nurse license with multi-state compact eligibility.
  • Certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience in a relevant clinical setting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment skills.
