Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Direct customers to available parking spaces for a smooth experience.
  • Monitor vehicle counts on-site and enforce parking regulations.
  • Help customers locate their parked vehicles as necessary.
  • Maintain a punctual and professional presence at work.
  • Manage traffic flow at entry and exit points.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks and equipment repairs as directed.
  • Promptly report incidents, policy violations, and hazards.
  • Communicate issues effectively to garage management.
  • Step in for Valets when required.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the garage and surrounding area for customer assistance.
  • Support additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $17.00 per hour (+ tips)

This position is eligible for tips.

Requirements

  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Preferred proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. with appropriate documentation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to handle currency and follow instructions accurately.
  • Adaptability and composure in fast-paced environments.
