Job Summary

This role is a hybrid position that requires the candidate to be local to Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements for existing and new applications supporting various business channels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of how organizations function to accomplish their purpose. They will define capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals.

The Business Systems Analyst will facilitate communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units in order to create requirement work products for solution providers. They will plan, direct, and complete the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • The resource will be consulting clients at both a strategic level and at a system configuration level on how to set up a Workfront environment that meets their business objectives.
  • They will utilize systems and business analysis techniques to develop and facilitate impactful Adobe Workfront discovery and design sessions with clients across function teams.
  • The candidate will have an understanding of and experience with marketing and Campaign process mapping.
  • They will give direction to clients and other team members for the configuration work they need to do to support the final deliverables.
  • The Business Systems Analyst will help customers with multi-group governance of their Workfront system.
  • They will have an in-depth understanding of Adobe Workfront object types, including custom forms, calculated fields, proof approval workflows, templates, and advanced reporting.
  • The candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy successful Workfront enterprise work management implementations.

Requirements

  • Workfront experience is a must.
  • Nice to have: PBI, Microsoft suite, Lucid Chart.

Additional Information

The candidate must be a W2 employee and authorized to work without sponsorship. Face-to-face interviews are not required, but the candidate must be local to Washington.
