El Pollo Loco is seeking a skilled Cook (Grill Master) to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature citrus-marinated fire-grilled chicken to perfection.

• Prepare and cook menu items to order, including our signature fire-grilled chicken

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or certification a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Food handler card required where applicable
