We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, grooming, and mobility.
- Review patient care plans daily to ensure that care is being delivered in accordance with individual needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist with transporting residents to/from appointments and activities, and ensure their rooms are ready for receiving.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in this state.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Passion for caregiving and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
