Job Overview

Compensation:

$15 - $16 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team to guarantee effective operations and productivity in daily functions.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and career advancement.
  • Manage inventory and restocking processes to ensure sufficient supplies for operations.
  • Work alongside management to create and execute plans aimed at enhancing team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate regular team discussions to share objectives, provide insights, and resolve any issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in leadership or management positions.
