Retail Sales Associate for US Patriot - Part Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to soldiers and airmen
  • Interact with customers on the sales floor, process sales, and assist with product questions
  • Recommend products to meet customer needs and up-sell additional items
  • Set up advertising displays, fold and arrange merchandise, and replenish stock
  • Complete paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Handle irate customers professionally and provide information over the phone
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (training provided)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, stand for entire shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work 7 days a week
