About Us:

The Financial Operations Manager will take charge of our accounting team and supervise all daily accounting functions for the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of expertise in month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, audit preparation, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Supervising all daily accounting activities, including financial reporting, bank reconciliations, audit preparation, general ledger management, and special projects.
  • Ensuring accurate recording, filing, and reporting of all financial transactions.
  • Preparing for audits and collaborating with relevant personnel.
  • Working closely with the VP of Finance to enhance accounting and financial forecasting practices.
  • Aiding in the formulation and management of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensuring adherence to all internal policies and applicable regulations while staying informed on industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with robust skills in month-end closing.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proven experience in managing ERP systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
