Job Title: Quotations Specialist

ATR International is seeking a highly skilled Quotations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing requests for quotes to suppliers (RFQ).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and review cost data for accuracy, price competitiveness, and supply.
  • Familiarize yourself with various supplier commodities, electronics, sheet metal, packaging, and PCBs.
  • Compile finished quotes to include labor, material, test, overhead, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers, SQE, Supply Chain, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to perform complex tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EMS, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics Environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to interpret various instructions and present information effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PPT, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ERP experience, preferably SAP.
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • High level of integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
