Radiology Technologist

The OR X-Ray Radiology Technologist will be responsible for setting up sterile trays and assisting the radiologists during various procedures, including myelograms, arthograms, and steroid injections. The technologist will also be responsible for emergent X-rays from the ED and in-patient areas, as well as routine X-rays ordered.
This is a fast-paced environment, and the technologist must be able to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and patients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong patient satisfaction skills, independent decision-making skills, and excellent communication skills. A graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology and AART Registered in Radiology is required. Experience with C-arm, O-arm, and portable digital equipment is desired.
