We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team in the ICU Progressive Care Unit. As a Nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs a Nurse in the ICU Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex medical needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the ICU Progressive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license and at least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
