Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Management RN. As a member of our Adult Float Pool, you will provide expert care and education to patients in a clinical setting, while also acting as a patient advocate and leader for assistive personnel.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Montana
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in adult healthcare settings
Compensation

$66,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as flexible-spending and health-savings accounts.
