Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality and Food Safety: Maintain a thorough understanding of quality and food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Daily Floor Verifications: Conduct daily floor verifications to ensure raw material lot codes, metal detector, and label accuracy.
  • Test Bakes and Product Review: Complete test bakes, measurements, weights, and final product reviews to assess product food safety and quality.
  • Environmental Swabbing: Perform monthly environmental swabbing on equipment and floor to ensure sanitation standards are maintained.
  • Plant Operations Monitoring: Monitor plant operations to ensure sanitary conditions in manufacturing, storing, and distributing procedures follow regulatory and pre-requisite programs.
  • Food Safety Audits: Conduct monthly food safety audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Calibration: Perform equipment calibration as required, including scales and thermometers.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing or quality control.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of quality and food safety protocols, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
