- Follow Frontier Inc is a recognized healthcare provider with a dedicated team of over 1,400 skilled professionals and more than 500 experienced practitioners. Our acute-care hospital features 288 beds and provides round-the-clock emergency services.
- Day Shifts (Rotating Weekends): 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends): 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
- 0-5 years of experience: $33 per hour
- 5-10 years of experience: $36.30 per hour
- 10+ years of experience: $39.60 per hour
- Up to $20,000 (subject to approval)
- Available on a case-by-case basis
- Nights: Additional $3 per hour
- Weekends: Additional $2 per hour
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients upon admission and during each shift, ensuring timely identification and reporting of any changes in condition.
- Execute medical procedures and monitor patient responses as directed by healthcare providers, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Administer medications as prescribed, observing for therapeutic effects and responding appropriately to any adverse reactions.
- Deliver exceptional patient care by addressing requests promptly and anticipating needs effectively.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience, preferably in acute care settings.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred, to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5-1:6
