Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Prepare and produce menu items in a quick and efficient manner, adhering to established recipes and cooking methods.
• Operate a range of kitchen equipment, including stoves, grills, fryers, and broilers, to prepare and cook food orders.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food service.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques to provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Minimum 2 years prior experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous working knowledge of point of sales systems and kitchen management software.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 300 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Local health department sanitation certificate and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

• Ability to work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment, with exposure to extreme temperatures and noise levels.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift, bend, stoop, reach, crouch, kneel, push, and pull in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to operate a range of kitchen equipment, including stoves, grills, fryers, and broilers, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to respond to visual and aural cues, and to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
