Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Contract Agile Project Facilitator who can instill agile methodologies and principles that empower teams to operate effectively and achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a guiding leader for the team, facilitating agile ceremonies and promoting collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles that impede the team's progress while mentoring team members on agile methodologies.
  • Oversee Product Backlog Management and cultivate a cooperative atmosphere within the team.
  • Monitor and report on progress, encourage continuous improvement, and support the overall team dynamics.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology, with familiarity in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Possess leadership capabilities to foster the development of a self-organizing team and establish credibility.
