Role PurposeThe primary responsibility of this position is to conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential settings and various program facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate repair needs, including cost assessments and time estimates.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks utilizing hand tools.
- Carry out exterior maintenance and occasional landscaping duties.
- Execute drywall repairs, patching, priming, and painting tasks.
- Assist with furniture relocation, light bulb replacements, and the organization of maintenance tools.

QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of carpentry and general maintenance practices.
- Proficient in the effective use of hand tools.
- Experience in exterior maintenance and landscaping is advantageous.
- Skills in drywall repair and painting are preferred.
- Physical capability to perform the outlined tasks.
The physical requirements for this position include standing, walking, and sitting; visual acuity; auditory skills; clear verbal communication; and manual dexterity.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment typically features low to moderate noise levels and may involve working independently or collaboratively with others, including verbal and face-to-face interactions.
