Job Overview

As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist with Interim HealthCare, you will play a vital role in the restoration of patients while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Our Home Health Speech-Language Pathologists work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide in-home speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized plans of care
  • Provide in-home speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties
  • Collaborate with the home health team to ensure patient goals are met
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety practices, and self-care

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP license in Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of speech therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
