We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at the 4-star rated Apple Valley Village Health Care Center. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a continuum of care to our patients and residents.

Job Description:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents.
  • Recognize and manage common geriatric syndromes.
  • Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment.
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
  • Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
