Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at the Center For Interventional Pain & Spine. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support: Assist physicians in exam rooms, escort patients, interview patients, measure vital statistics, and document patient information in our electronic record system.
  • Administrative Support: Give instructions to patients, access reports and labs, maintain exam rooms with medical supplies, and provide feedback to patients and physicians.
  • Communication: Take phone messages, answer patient and physician questions, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; certified Medical Assistant or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service, critical thinking, ability to multitask, and physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform other tasks as needed.
