The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, from fixing faucets to installing water heaters and replacing plumbing systems for residential clients, all while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine plumbing layouts.
  • Plan and execute plumbing installations and services.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by advising clients on necessary plumbing services.
  • Identify required tools and equipment for tasks.
  • Select appropriate pipe types and sizes.
  • Mark positions for connections and fixtures accurately.
  • Install supports and hangers for pipes and fixtures.
  • Assemble and install valves and fittings.
  • Maintain and repair water treatment equipment and piping systems.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Ability to sell services effectively to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules as needed.

Experience/Education:
