We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at ForwardDental West Bend. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral member of our patient care team, delivering exceptional lifetime care to our patients.
About the RoleThis full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our team is dedicated to providing best-in-class support through our robust Hygiene mentor program and unparalleled educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to ensure optimal oral health for our patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address specific patient needs.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and colleagues.
- A current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
